Terms Of Service

Welcome to Capturedit Media. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Capturedit Media, a video production business based in Suffolk, UK.
     

  • "Client" refers to any individual, business, or organization engaging the services of the Company.
     

  • "Project" refers to the specific video production work agreed upon between the Company and the Client.
     

 

2. Services

Capturedit Media offers a range of video production services, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate videos
     

  • Brand marketing
     

  • Personal branding
     

  • Case studies/testimonials
     

  • Explainer/training films
     

  • Music video production
     

  • Real estate video and photo production
     

The scope of services for each Project will be detailed in a written agreement or proposal.

 

3. Quotations and Payment

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
     

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and schedule the Project.
     

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Project, prior to the delivery of final materials.
     

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
     

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.
     

 

4. Project Changes and Cancellations

  • Any changes to the scope of the Project must be communicated in writing and may affect the overall cost and timeline.
     

  • If the Client cancels the Project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeited.
     

  • Cancellations made after the commencement of the Project may incur additional charges based on work completed.
     

 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the Project's progress.
     

  • Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.
     

 

6. Revisions

  • The Company offers up to two rounds of reasonable revisions within the original scope of the Project.
     

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.
     

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the Client will have the right to use the final video content for the purposes outlined in the Project agreement.
     

  • The Company retains the right to use the produced content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
     

  • Raw footage and project files remain the property of the Company unless a separate agreement is made.
     

 

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the Project.
     

  • This confidentiality obligation extends beyond the completion of the Project.
     

 

9. Liability

  • The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the produced content.
     

  • The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for locations, talent, or third-party materials used in the Project.
     

 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
